Today I decided to switch my blog over to wp.
As much as I hate wordpress due to crazy resource usage, the fact remains that nothing compares to all the features and themes available.
I have reposted one previous post I had written “Trying Zend” and it can be found here.
I’ve decided to take a look at the Zend Framework.
I work daily with the symfony framework.
While symfony is powerful and feature rich, it does have many requirements and is quite resource intensive.
For these reasons, I do not use symfony for my own projects.

I’ve been a linux user for years on the server end, and started using it for my desktop full time about two years ago.
Linux is very reliable for a desktop, but I’ll also admit that it’s not for everyone.
I am very happy and comfortable using linux.
It has everything I need, does not require the overhead of M$ Windows, and I don’t have to worry about spyware and viruses.
So, why a Mac?
